We believe in our highest quality products so much that if you are not 100% satisfied with a purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date with a (invoice/account#) in order to qualify for a refund of purchase price of product(s) returned. Furthermore all returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for refund (because if you truly didn't like the product you wouldn't use more than 20%).



When returning an apparel item;

Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. Kept free of stains and signs of wear.

All labels must still be attached to return the goods.

Returns must be in its original packaging, packaging must not be damaged.

All tags still need to be attached. If not, the item(s) will be sent back to you.

All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.


Must Return an item with (invoice/account #)

Please allow up to 24hrs for a response time for return request Mon-Friday. Requests received on the weekend and/or Holiday will be handled on the next business day   


Bad Address

TIN-CAN Nutrition is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. TIN-CAN Nutrition is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders


International Shipping
You are responsible for taxes and laws imposed by your country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.


Returning an Item

  • All returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for refund.
  • Pack the item/s securely in the package along with invoice/account # written on a box or inside the box.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Team. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
