Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping delivery estimates for your order will be displayed at checkout.


Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Bad Address

Tin Can Nutrition is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. Tin Can Nutrition is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders


Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number


International Shipping
You are responsible for taxes and laws imposed by your country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.

 Returning an Item

  • All returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for refund.
  • Pack the item/s securely in the package along with account and invoice # written on a box or inside the box.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries..

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Team. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
